ActiveX Error and/or script error on licence delivery page
Posted by - NA -, Last modified by on 12 July 2006 09:42 AM

If you are constantly getting ActiveX error or "object could not be created" script error at licence delivery page or your Play button on final delivery page is not activated even after long wait....

it means, that your Internet Explorer security is too strict for our site and it does not allowes Windows Media Player to get licence for your chosen video.

1.) In the Internet Explorer go to TOOLS menu

2.) Select Internet Options...

3.) Click to SECURITY tab

4.) Choose Trusted sites icon

5.) Click to SITES button

6.) Type https://www.belamionline.com

7.) Click Add

8.) Type http://www.belamionline.com

9.) Click Add

10.) You might need to uncheck "Require server verification..." checkbox on that Add trusted sites page.

If that doesn't solve the problem then it's time to upgrade Internet Explorer to the latest version, or, if you already have the latest version, re-install it. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp
