Login Problems

Probably the problems is coming from your browser. There are few tips how to solve the issues

STEP 1 "Cookies"

1.) Please go to Tools Menu

2.) Select Internet Options

3.) Click to Privacy tab

4.) Click to Edit

5.) Type

6.) Click Allow

If Sites button is not available, please set Settings slider from Block all cookies to Medium or Medium High.

STEP 2 "Add Belamionline to Trusted sites"
To make both the Club BelAmi and Silver Screen features work correctly, add Belamionline to Trusted sites.

1.) In the Internet Explorer go to TOOLS menu

2.) Select Internet Options...

3.) Click to SECURITY tab

4.) Choose Trusted sites icon

5.) Click to SITES button

6.) Type

7.) Click Add

8.) Type

9.) Click Add

10.) You might need to uncheck "Require server verification..." checkbox on that Add trusted sites page.

STEP 3 "Clear the cache."

Follow this routine for Internet Explorer for the PC. If you have any other browser or computer, the instructions are similar and probably found in the "Preferences" section.

1.) On the Internet Explorer menu go to TOOLS

2.) Then select INTERNET OPTIONS

3.) Then select GENERAL


5.) Then select DELETE FILES (it should be the middle button)

6.) Then click OK .

After you do this, quit your browser, wait a full minute then restart browser.

If that doesn't solve the problem then it's time to upgrade Internet Explorer to the latest version, or, if you already have the latest version, re-install it.
