Error when logging-in on mobile device (hash code)

If you are receiving error like Hash-yourusername-a71e09df0c0645aaa8fa2eb33d2138fe60f944b5-123.456.11.23-1531124642 on your mobile phone or tablet, the issue might be caused by proxy server. Please try running Freshmen site in anonymous/private mode of your web browser and turning off the proxy.

When using Android phones with Chrome browser, Data Saver might be enabled for you by default and most of your web traffic then goes through Google servers before being downloaded to your device (read more about it here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2392284?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&oco=1). In certain cases this might be causing issues. To turn this feature off please do the following:
  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app Chrome.
  2. To the right of the address bar, tap More More and then Settings.
  3. Under "Advanced," tap Data Saver.
  4. Switch the setting off.
Depending on the Android and Chrome version you might see Data saved info/graph directly in the bottom part of the menu when tapping Moreicon. In that case just tap that info and switch the setting off there.

If you are still having troubles logging-in, please contact us with your username, information about what device and browser you are using and with exact error message you are receiving.
